Why is he out already? Sexual crimes should mean no bail.

Surrender his passport? Perhaps we should be glad if he leaves the country, then flag it so he can’t return. His poor victim! He has freedom but she doesn’t.

Canada's judicial system and bail system need a major overhaul, we need a government to update these systems to support victim rights not criminal's rights which don't exist once you have committed a crime.

I hope Juno News continues to investigate and follow this case. Canadians need follow up as its seems so wrong and we should demand answers.

A man, who police refuse to identify, whose nationality and immigration status are his own, private concern, and none of ours, is charged with intimidation, kidnapping and rape.

He was immediately released on bail.

We don't release personal information. It's our policy, you see. And Pointe Finale.

The Judge(? )who released this man should be forced to visit the next person he rapes, or kidnaps, or intimidates - or murders? - and explain his decision to her. I'm certain that his next victim will understand. And the one after that, and the one after that, and ....

And oh yes, keep those elbows up Mr. Carny. I'm sure you can spin this and all the other atrocities, daily emanating from our courts, to blame Trump.

What a farce our justice system is. Almost unbelievable. I weep for Canada.

This Judge should be removed from the Bench.
