"The Charter" seems to be a meaningless piece of paper used, when appropriate, pretty much only to the benefit of complicit governments and sycophant leaders.
Not always but pretty much so one can be excused for noting that it really does look like a meaningless piece of paper with more outs then benefits to real Canadians.
Thanks Isaac for all this info. It's about time we got a new healthcare card. I got mine laminated. But it doesn't fit into my wallet worth a dam. Canadian charter of rights is useless. When the courts can flex it anyway they want to suit their purpose. That purpose is for crooked government control.
