Commercial vehicle safety in British Columbia is a crisis, with a shocking new report revealing that over half of inspected commercial trucks in Burnaby and the Lower Mainland were immediately ordered off the road due to serious road safety violations.

More than half of commercial vehicles stopped in joint enforcement operations across B.C.’s Lower Mainland were ordered off the road due to safety violations, according to a January news release from the B.C. RCMP.
