Outrage is mounting after a man who brutally stabbed his girlfriend 15 times was given a shockingly light sentence, in part because he is black, leading a BC Conservative leadership candidate and others to demand an immediate end to race-based sentencing.

Calls are mounting to end race-based sentencing after a murderer received a lighter sentence due to his race.
