Ottawa police release sex assault suspect's photos, seek more victims
The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit says David Cheddesingh, 50, has been charged in relation to a sexual assault incident that occurred on March 28th.
Ottawa police are asking for the public’s help after releasing a photo of a 50-year-old man charged in connection with a sexual assault investigation, saying there may be additional victims.
The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit says David Cheddesingh, 50, has been charged in relation to an incident reported to have occurred late on the evening of March 28, 2026, in the area of Colonel By Drive near the Mackenzie King Bridge.
