There needs to be an arms length, non-bias resolution to this once and for all. Good $$ after bad is/has been spent on this tale of woe, and this old man is just sick and tired of it all. Hire an independent contractor to exhume (tongue in cheek here) this mass burial site (again, tongue in cheek) and settle this matter once and for all.
