Anna Farrow writes, "The clause proposing to delete “advancement of religion” from Canada’s definition of charity could transform the country’s social landscape."
What a narrow view of Canada's religious institutions they have, what a lack of understanding of the value religious organizations add to communities. In truth it is the "advancement of government " that is causing Canada problems. It has become so big we can't afford it. The religious organizations aren't the problem.
It’s all part of the centralization plan. We all know government is an awful manager and they will squander money like it grows on trees. This government doesn’t care at all about the people of this country, as shown in the budget. They’re ok with the poor and needy being wiped out and offer to kill them daily!
Non religious charities are also very poor managers; spending up to 90% on management and as little as 10% actually spent on charity.
With religious charities, it’s the opposite because they are there to serve, not to be served.
Question: will this change for all religious charities or only Christian charities?
It would be interesting to enumerate what humanists and atheists contribute to the welfare of society. Not by the dollars they might throw into the annual Salvation Army Christmas pot, but by the hours they give of themselves to charity. I suspect they couldn’t hold a candle to the churches and synagogues and even the mosques.

This is not good.. Leave the churches alone.

The churches will burn down soon anyway ... and all the colonizers will freeze and starve... yay
Don't worry we have welfare and food banks
