A huge part of the problem for Canadians is that influential writers never did meaningful research to learn that what they are referencing as 'law' is BS and they are therefore complicit in propagating a falsehood about Canada being a nation with a constitution/charter.
The other problem is that they are now adopting UN terminology such as the undefined 'Indigenous' and helping to erase the Indian and Inuit races.
