OP-ED: Toronto is dying, Chow's got to go

It’s been nearly 48 hours since the horrific mass shooting at the Salsa on St. Clair festival — during which two people were killed, and a series of people (perhaps four?) were injured — yet the flow of information has been limited, to say the least.
This is what happens when the largest city in Canada has a weak, incompetent …
