Kinda begs the question: if the province of Alberta is supposedly a free market advocate, why are they imposing bureaucratic "no fault" insurance policy onto consumers?

I was 20 years under ICBC. And their insurance is a total scam. They wrote off a vehicle of mine. And then said it was a no fault. And then said I was my fault and ICBC could sue me for any claims, when it was clearly the other persons fault, as I was parked on the side of the street. And by the way the pay out on the write of was an appetence, take it or leave it. And no, we should not be allowing this system into the province.
