Under Premier Doug Ford’s watch, Ontario has quietly poured nearly half a billion dollars into reshaping its schools around a DEI agenda and pushing race-based ideology onto students.

Doug is a Liberal and while in some respects he may be closer to what used to be euphemistically called a "Classic Liberal" he is a Liberal none-the-less.
His silence and lack of action on this particular file tells you everything about where he stands on DEI and the WOKE BS that has infiltrated most aspects of life in a once wonderful Province and Country (for that matter).

If Ontario Premier Doug Ford was serious about minimizing the economic damage done by the Trump tariffs, he would stop wasting hundreds of millions of tax dollars on the toxic and useless ideology of DIE, diversity, inclusion and equity.
It’s hilarious that poor old Doug Ford can’t figure out that the present American administration has been dumping all the left ideology, including DEI. And he wonders why Trump is calling all American companies to come home. Fords’ tirades and illogical threats will only irritate our counties trade discussions. Shut them down and shut up !
4.8 million divded by how many Indigenous students for a graduation coach? A DDSB parent requested one for students living in poverty... did not happen. Too many white students living in poverty maybe? Keep going Melanie, you might just spark their attention. So much money but is there proof of effectiveness funds. Year after year so much money towards preffered and selective groups of students but is that money actually doing anything to improve grades, graduation rates etc. Why isn't funding going towards all students in need, not just select groups.
If not for Ford the Conservatives would have won the last federal election, and started to get rid of much of the leftist nonsense that Ford is now pushing. His brother was an addicted mess, but at least he stood for something. Doug Ford stands for whatever he thinks will help him get reelected. That’s it.

The basic philosophy is that governments should look after their own people first, and not invest in spending money on wars, and programs that lead to debt, death, and destruction. Canada must benefit Canadians first!

And what does a “graduation coach” do, by the way? Provide answers to exams? Hand out a little extra money to “indigenous” and “black” students to attend class? Help with an alternative curriculum? Why should “indigenous” or “black” students be expected to internalize “white colonialist” concepts of math, science, or even actual history or geography, after all?

Ontario got 500M from BC, AB and SK last year. So nice to know our tax dollars given to ON were a total waste.
