I don’t care if it’s American or Canadian ! I’m more worried that they’re pushing DEI in the first place. that breeds racism, incompetence and corruption. I want a society that has equality, for all and special privileges for none . I want people to get jobs based on their merit, not on their race or ideology.just look at all the corruption in the US . This is why we are forced to pay for government incompetence and corruption all the while they vote unanimously every year to give them selves raises at the very same time they increase theft ( taxes ) just to give it away and force future generations to pay for this . This they call generational investment ? The question everyone should be asking is if the government prints money then why do they increase taxes every year or collect them at all ? When people outside of teachers’ unions caught on to what they were teaching, they said, “Don’t be ridiculous, Critical Race Theory is a theory taught only in universities”. They said that CRT stood for culturally-responsive training or culturally-responsive teachings. That way they could continue with the same content, but under a different, more positive-sounding name.
Do you see a bit of DEI creeping in here? They want to bring all students to the lowest common denominator. They want to eliminate the bright students because they feel they make the lesser students feel inferior. This will undermine the initiative of bright students, and upon graduation, you will be producing a group of uneducated individuals with little hope for the future.
When you spend billions on something as useless as DEI or CRT to graduate students ready to conquer the world, what a surprise these young people have in store for them. Many employers are firing these young people as quickly as they hire them. DEI and CRT it doesn't do anything like teach them the fundamentals, like reading, writing, and arithmetic. Can you imagine a student running around after graduation, claiming I got my diploma in DEI and CRT, and I am off to university or college. First, I have to write some entrance exams, which is the first step to entering the adult world. Fail here, and you will spend the rest of your life as a barista at Starbucks. You will be living on your friends' couches for the rest of your sordid life. Happy hunting!

When the educated stop looking for jobs, you better be prepared when your house collapses after living in it for one year. the plumbing doesn't work you could always use an outhouse, your house destroyed by fire because of a short in the electrical system. You can only drive your car a short distance before asking your neighbour for a push. The new wave of the future is here, get used to it unless you are prepared to make your voice heard, not a whimper but loud and clear, consistently and congruently. The choice is yours.
