Ontario NDP openly admits to plagiarizing Zohran Mamdani campaign videos
Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles has openly confessed to stealing campaign video ideas from New York’s radical socialist mayor.
Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles has openly confessed to stealing campaign video ideas from New York’s radical socialist mayor, but some former supporters are already accusing her of not being anti-Israel enough.
Stiles posted a video on X on Sunday asking supporters to help her raise enough money to take on Doug Ford, who spent double the amount Stiles did during the 2025 provincial election.
“I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking Marit Stiles is totally copying Zorhan Mamdani with these fundraising videos, and you’d be right, because I need to,” Stiles said in the video, featuring jump cuts of her in various places in Toronto. “Doug Ford increased the individual donation limit by 47% so his insiders, who pay to play, can get even more influence.”
Mamdani was sworn into office as New York’s first socialist and Muslim mayor on Thursday. During his speech, he said, “We’ll replace the frigiditty of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism,” a blatantly Marxist promise to his new constituents.
On his first day as mayor, Mamdani repealed an executive order that recognized the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of antisemitism and another executive order from his predecessor, Eric Adams, which banned the city from boycotting or divesting from Israel.
When asked whether Stiles supports the anti-Israel measures or the Marxist vows to “replace” individualism with collectivism—an ideology that holds that the needs, goals, or identity of a community take precedence over individual autonomy—Stiles did not respond to True North’s request for comment.
Stiles isn’t the only NDP politician interested in the success of Mamdani and his campaign team. In November, Alberta NDP Leader Naheed Nenshi was criticized for hiring the same American political advertising firm, Fight Agency, which helped Mamdani get elected in New York.
A look under Stiles’ video shows that several leftist and anti-Israel activists disapproved of Stiles copying the socialist mayor of New York. Several individuals said Mamdani would have never kicked Sarah Jama out of his caucus and that Stiles should instead copy Mamdani’s relentless attacks on the only Jewish state.
Others insisted Mamdani would have let the Greenbelt be developed for “affordable housing.”
Jama, the former NDP MPP for Hamilton Centre, was ousted from the NDP caucus in October 2023 after refusing to retract anti-Israel statements she made justifying the deadly October 7 terrorist attack on Israeli citizens just three days after the massacre.
The Hamas-led terror attack killed over 1,400 Israeli citizens and left hundreds more captured, most of whom were held captive for multiple years. On Oct. 10, she released a statement saying Israel was guilty of practising “apartheid and participating in what she called “settler colonialism.”
In the preceding year, Jama was involved in multiple instances of anti-Israel activism, including calling to “globalize the Intifada” at McMaster University.
Jewish rights organizations such as B’nai Brith and the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs have warned that calls for intifada, especially to “globalize the Intifada,” are incitements to violence against Jewish people worldwide. The last intifada, known as the “Second Intifada,” was characterized by suicide bombings, stone-throwing, and rocket attacks in Israeli civilian areas from 2000 to 2005.

Well....
The theme continues and, I suppose, it matters not in which Province they are located nor Federally.
They are now a completely despicable abomination of a party.
Now Ontario's NDP is competing with Eby's NDP to see how very low they can sink.
.... AND THE WINNER IS .....
???????????????????????
Speaks volumes about someone who wants to plagiarize a low-life like Mamdani.
