I'm sure that this deal benefits Doug Ford financially, somehow. It's also more proof that he is more Liberal than Conservative wasting taxpayers money on this. I'm sure he's quite aware of the declining interest in buying EVs. In the other plant in St. Thomas the majority of the jobs went to South Korean workers, if I'm not mistaken. What is the benefit for Ontario in this?

The crashing economy makes the EV market dead in Canada. Why are tax dollars going to foreign business interests to make a product Canadians do not want and can not afford ?

HEY...

Proof positive ... Fraud is functioning way, way, way above his pay grade and never seems to get it.

Guess that makes sense..

He is after all a CINO but certainly shows himself to be a true Liberal.

Never met a hundred million or several billion he was not willing to throw down the toilet.

What's another (almost) billion the taxpayers of OntArWeOwe don't have.

Hey dough boy??

What's are the interest payments on OntArWeOwe's debt now?

EV market is dead. Norway has all the money it needs. Ford is worse than Trudeau.

Fatty must be some sort of brain dead. Is this what Ontario always votes for? The seem to elect one dud right after the other. It doesn't reflect well on the voter. The Norwegians would probable make batteries made of laminate panels, filled with sawdust and lithium.

Ford: “We’re ahead of the curve, and everyone else is going to be playing catch-up, we’re miles ahead.” So far ahead, they are actually behind.
