I can’t believe I’m the only one who sees this situation as ridiculous, and is a showcase of a “victory” of an individual who used the silly excuse of naturalizing an unkempt garden, that impacts his neighbours gardens. Anyone who’s had a neighbour refuse to control dandelions, knows their garden will be a colossal mess in no time. It all comes down to being respectful of the neighbourhood standards. Might as well put a sign on his front lawn…..FU neighbours!

Jane Richards: "I can't believe" that you are so oblivious to the harm caused by your perfect green lawns. Kill all the weeds with cancer chemicals, kill all the pollinators, then drink the poisons that filter into the water. He could spray his entire lot with roundup, and turn it all brown, all legal. You need to join the 21st century, and appreciate and support the pollinators that feed you.

Every once and a while the courts surprise.

Those who would control...

A Natural Garden.

A Large Vegetable Garden.

Attempt to be self sufficient or return something to Nature..

Can't have that...

Violates the YOU WILL OWN NOTHING thing.

So indeed..

For once...

Good on this Ontario Court.
