Ontario business group sends delegation to D.C. ahead of CUSMA review

The Ontario Chamber of Commerce is headed to Washington, D.C. next week, ahead of the scheduled review of the Canada-U.S.-Mexico trade agreement, to advocate for Canadian business.

After more than a year of strained trade relations between the U.S. and Canada and the ever-changing tariff regime of the U.S. Trump administration, the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement is set to be renegotiated in July.

Ahead of the scheduled trade review, Ontario’s Chamber of Commerce, a business group in the province, is headed to Washington, D.C., in an attempt to promote stable trade between the U.S. and Canada.
