In yet another blow to Canada’s auto industry, General Motors announced on Tuesday that it will cease production on its electric van, resulting in 1,200 lost jobs in Ontario.
The writing is on the wall and while unlike what is sold to the public the auto sector in OntArWeOwe is not as large as advertised in terms of economy it is a huge and significant contributor to employment and secondary industry.
However .. And this is the trend and has been now for quite a while and is not just applicable to the auto sector.
Over taxation, Over-regulation, Sky high power rates... That is all on OntArWeOwe regardless of which Government was/is in power.
NOW ADD ... An ever crumbling relationship with our largest trading partner (again much on us but also coming from a desire to rebuild on their part).
... ADD ... A President using Tariffs as a multi-prong tool with absolutely abominable response from a Premier and a Federal Government...
Mix well... Shake ... Stir a bit.. .In the case of one Premier .. STIR A LOT MORE...
... AND BINGO...

Such is where we are and now, given the absolutely unacceptable and unhelpful response from OntArWeOwe's Premier and a PM who seems incapable or (worse) unwilling to reign him in .....
I had written loud and clear that our laundry mat Globalist Government should not be giving any tax dollars for EV plants in Canada because NO ONE WANTS THEM, but they did it anyway, they gave our stolen taxes to the super wealthy as Canadians are homeless, jobless, unable to pay bills, starving and dying, Carney & gang should be arrested & held in prison until dead, but we have no judicial system, just paid off puppets, when the hell are the rest of these stupid Canadians going to wake up...!!!!
Although GM says they will “have meaningful discussions about opportunities for the plant“, with zero demand for Carney’s mandated EV craziness, the plant will ultimately close shop. Carney has stifled all investing of anything, anywhere, in Canada! That’s his plan to bring Canada to its knees….just like they do under communism!
US trashed this EV notion quite some months ago!! Their economy is going ahead in leaps and bounds! President Trump puts the country and its citizens first ALWAYS!!
Carney’s use of taxpayer’s money to bribe companies to stay in Canada is truly disgusting, plus a colossal failure!! And the idea that Unifor will step up to help is also quite amusing! ALL unions for several decades, country-wide, are far left leaning, riddled with Marxist communistic ideologies! Taking down a province and creating unrest, hatred and bankrupting fiscal responsibilities are just some of their playbook tools! Wonder what’s in their box of ideas when companies move south or just close up shop?? No doubt, Carney would know!! Or for sure our Ms. Joly?????
