Despite failing to meet almost half of their performance targets, nearly every single federal executive still received a bonus last year, according to a government report.

Access-to-information records obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) revealed that roughly 98 per cent of government executives received bonuses, totalling about $201 million in taxpayer money.
