Can anyone at all show me a federal department that is operating competently? Guess they haven't gotten around to training all those 100,000 new employees yet. Wondering if they actually have to wait for job training until they first are able to speak English.
This so called dental program is a scam. Coverage is minimal and pre approvals are less than 10% (ie crowns or replacement). I guess they think if no one has teeth they won't need to eat real food.
