Canadian members of Parliament are up for yet another salary increase this spring, with the Canadian Taxpayers Federation estimating MPs will give themselves a 3.9% raise on April 1.
Considering this government's performance over the past 9 years, any pay raise is a travesty. None of the MPs should receive any raise including the opposition Members especially the NDP and the remainder should have the moral and ethical integrity to refuse it.
I am totally opposed to MP’s getting a raise and on the same day impose a 20% increase of the Carbon Taxes on the people (Taxpayers) with impunity. It’s a slap in the face. MP ‘s are out of touch with reality and the Canadian taxpayers.

I am very opposed to this. MP’s are already Very well paid! There sb a freeze…. but that’s not likely to happen
