Sooooo many issues in Canada right now and Federal Government decides to pick a fight with the provinces?? Carney is using this as a distraction. Too what? Who knows, with all of his outside of Canada obligations.

Most likely the true face of Canadian economy and how big the government deficit going to be when the government presents their budget on November 4.

Maybe to avoid people looking too deeply into the massive deficit via the liberal party theft of our few remaining pennies in his upcoming budget?

To purposefully bring Canada down as a reason to implement the E Act to gain complete control. My firm belief.

Thank you Premier Moe. The constitution is not for the courts to touch, it does not belong to them, and have no authority to be touching it. The constitution belongs to the people, and only the people can change it through unanimous government representation.

"Strongly oppose"

So what difference will this make going against Canada's newest Dictator that has the Supreme Court firmly on his side via Richard Wagner.

One thing they're breaking the law. The constitution can only be changed with unanimous government approval. The courts have no right to be involved.

The jokes in the robes are there to interpret the Charter.

The clause involving the use of the Notwithstanding clause is straight forward and needs no interpretation by the Liberal Cheerleaders at the Supreme Court.

It's use was hard fought and the only reason we even got the rather meaningless Charter at all in the first place.

Talk about the foxes guarding the hen house.

If these monkeys restrict it's use who do the Premiers who oppose this farcical request appeal to.

God, it seems abandoned Canada around 2015.

Talk about creating the perfect environment to complete the destruction of Canada.

Thank Carney and the Liberals.

What farces they are.

Hyabs are garments of oppression and need to be banned.

Turbans just show that those people do not assimilate, just like muslims and both are anti White and anti Christian.

There is nothing wrong with wearing crosses, it is a Christian custom.

Only a Liberal Justice Minister would want to hand over his responsibilities to the courts. Oh, wait, the courts are crammed full of Trudeau-appointed judges right now. The Notwithstanding Clause is the only thing standing between Canadian citizens and a pure and cold dictatorship. That was Trudeau's dream. Now, Carney is trying to fulfil it. "Justice Minister". Sounds like Doublespeak.

Where are all the rest of the provinces and territories. Hiding behind the expected payouts? They should be helping not hindering. Get off of Your butts and do the proper thing.
