MEI calls for the rapid construction of energy transport infrastructure

Canada’s energy policies “restrain the development of the infrastructure needed to make the most” of increasing global demand and uncertainty in the Middle East, writes an economic think tank.

The Montreal Economic Institute published a study on Thursday calling on the Carney government to seize the opportunities presented by the recent shifts in supply and demand regarding energy.
