McMaster University union promotes terrorist propaganda
A CUPE local representing thousands of employees at McMaster University has shared propaganda linked to a designated terrorist organization on social media.
CUPE Local 3906 working group shared Marxist Jihadi propaganda from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a designated terrorist entity in Canada.
The Palestine Solidarity Working Group of CUPE Local 3906 posted a May Day image to its Instagram story. The image featured a stylized figure holding a hammer, sickle, and rifle alongside the PFLP logo.
The PFLP is designated as a terrorist organization in Canada, the United States, and the European Union. The group has been responsible for airplane hijackings, bombings, and attacks on civilians dating back to the 1960s.
