Man charged in Windsor burglaries arrested weeks after being released

Windsor police reported they arrested a man for breaching his bail conditions less than two weeks after he was let out on bail. Part of his previous charges were breaching bail conditions.

Windsor police have announced they arrested a man less than two weeks after he was released on bail. The man was let out on bail after being charged with break and enter crimes and breaching previous release orders.

According to a Windsor police announcement, 49-year-old Dale Monforton was granted bail on March 25, 2026, after being charged with two counts of break-and-enter, possession of break-and-enter tools, and theft under $5,000, mischief under $5,000 and two counts of failing to comply with release orders.
