Isaac, Newfoundland and Labrador is one of the Atlantic Provinces but it is not a Maritime province. The other three Atlantic Provinces are Maritime Provinces.
New Brunswick is the only province with a Liberal government, but the Yukon also has a Liberal government. The other two territories have non-partisan legislatures.
