London police charge hospital support worker with patient sex assault
The London Police Service has charged a 41-year-old male personal support worker after an alleged sexual assault involving a patient at Victoria Hospital.

Police say the accused, Marvin Edilberto Ramos, was employed as a personal support worker at the hospital, located at 800 Commissioners Road East, when the incident allegedly occurred in September 2025.
The victim, a patient recovering from surgery at the time, reported the incident to hospital staff, who then contacted police.
Investigators confirmed the accused and the victim were not known to one another.
The case was reassigned to the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section of the London Police Service, where detectives identified a suspect.
On Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, Marvin Edilberto Ramos, 41, of London, turned himself in at police headquarters. He has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
Ramos is scheduled to appear in a London court on March 26, 2026, in relation to the charge.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims and have released a photograph of the accused as part of the ongoing investigation.
