London Health Sciences Centre has filed two civil lawsuits seeking more than $60 million in damages after an internal investigation uncovered what it describes as a decade-long alleged fraud scheme involving senior staff and contractors.
The lawsuits, filed in Ontario Superior Court, target a former executive vice-president, multiple employees, two construction firms, and three former senior executives, including the hospital’s former CEO.
