Fourteen Liberal MPs have written to Prime Minister Mark Carney expressing dismay over his decision to scale back environmental regulations following Ottawa’s new pipeline agreement with Alberta.

The letter, obtained by Radio-Canada, is signed by 14 MPs, including some from Quebec and British Columbia, who have asked that their identities remain confidential.
