Another “slippery slope”, just like abortion and government sanctioned murder.

Liberal-Bloc amendments to C-9 will criminalize sections of the Bible, Quran, Torah, and other sacred texts.

The Canadian government is determined to make The State the new religion and we all will obey or else.

And the continuation goes on changing the constitution one piece at a time. Already at this point the constitution is useless. No lieberal pays any attention to it. They do what they want. To them rights are wrong. Anything to make the people obedient. And keep communism in full power. Poilievre saying they will vote against it. But their vote is meaningless, they may as well not show up. In fact the may as well tear the government house down. It is no longer needed.

And once a power is acquired by government governments never relinquish that power unless forced to no matter what political stripe they may be.

All because the people have gotten lazy, and aloud themselves to be recipients of government freebies. All planned for.

Iteration 2,197.

W'HY does the BLOC Quebecois get to have a say in national politics on matters that affect all Canadians.

Quebec, like any other province, has a provincial government.

This province contributes practically nothing of economic or material value to Canada other than being first in line with their hands out at the equalisation payoff table. Yet they continually block any national program that helps the Canadian economy. And they vote for any that support the Liberal mud hut/eco/green/climate/netzero/Greta Thunburg/Brookfield narrative.

I am not a Francophobe, nor do I dislike les Quebecois. As a unilingual Englsh-speaking Canadian, I lived in Quebec for 8 years and not once did I feel unwelcome. I love French culture, french music, and their infectious joie de vivre.

All this above is not aimed at les Quebecois, but at their politicians, the self-entitled Laurentian Elite.

It's the same story as with the people of all the other provinces. Confederation is beginning to crumble; BC, Alberta, the Prairies caught in the middle, Ontario on its own, Quebec, and the isolated, forgotten Maritime provinces. I've lived and worked from coast to coast, and Canadian people are the same everywhere. (Just witness the unbiased and unbridled joy exhibited by everyone in Canada with the past Blue Jay season). That's what Canadian people are.

Our politicians? Not so much.

“Without religious freedom, Canada will cease to be Canada.” I would like to add something really profound, but find I cannot. “Final nail in the coffin,” too trite. “Canada became unrecognizable years ago.” True but doesn’t express the absoluteness of the first quote. “Canada will become a third world country.” Perhaps, but third world countries in many cases have religious freedom. Perhaps the only thing one can say is that if the liberals along with the Bloc go off the deep end and pass that amendment, they should be the first ones prosecuted for hate.
