The Canadian Media Producers Association publicly pledged its support to Prime Minister Mark Carney while he attended its Ottawa convention.
During a weekend convention in Ottawa, the Canadian Media Producers Association publicly pledged its support to Prime Minister Mark Carney while he was in attendance.

The comments came the same weekend Conservatives were holding their own convention in Calgary, where concerns were raised about media neutrality and government funding for news organizations.
