Kingston’s largest hospital is now treating patients in “unconventional spaces” by erecting makeshift walls in hallways, due to a massive overflow of inpatients and part of the reason is a spike in population.

Kingston General Hospital overflowed with admitted inpatients last week, recording a high of 630. With a total capacity of 570 beds, some patients were treated in hallways with makeshift partitions.
