Former Alberta premier Jason Kenney delivered a talk on immigration at Canada 2020 this week, a progressive think-tank long associated with Liberal circles.
Kenny is right, if Carney tries to block the notwithstanding clause, it will be super divisive.
Kenny hit the number on Canada’s immigration problems. So many issues we have to deal with now to get back to that place we were when Kenny had that file.
You can’t invite a bunch of people to come to your country, including asylum seekers” from the US, a safe country. When there is no where for them to live, no jobs left, and straining our already fragile health care system.
Don't forget the over crowded schools, roads that haven't been built to handle double the population, and scre$$ing over our youth by depriving them of job opportunities, learning on the job and entry level work post schooling. All while creating super wealthy "investor class" citizens who prey on foreigners wanting a better life and selling the jobs in the TFW program for payment overseas. Basically a trashing of our economy in favour of the 3rd world.
The notwithstanding clause was the reason the western provinces, led by Peter Lougheed in Alberta, agreed to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Without it, Alberta owes no allegiance to the confederation of Canada, and we must create our own nation based on the principles--freedom, private property, the rule of law, capitalism--that built the once honourable Dominion of Canada.
During COVID He covered up the number of deaths that were contributed to by the vaccines-blood clotting - that funeral homes were finding in people that had passed after the SHOTS. Was this a FEDERAL PLOT to not inform people what was happening because of the free pass JT gave to BIG PHARMA?????
We as a nation are not holding our governments to account over the GREED and love of money that cause us a lot of grief!!
Kenny should have stayed in federal politics. He was no good for provincial. He had too much bs in him. This report that he gave here is one of his few good days.

I’m surprised (but pleased) that he didn’t give excuses for the Liberal failings. He actually sounds like a conservative here.
He is a conservative invited to speak at a mostly liberal event.
“Carney has no democratic mandate to pursue it, and I think it’s going to be very divisive in the federation,” he continued.
The snake Carney does if his plan is to strengthen the Liberal Dictatorship
