More evidence that we are under a communist regime. The evidence just keeps rolling in. Why would you hire foreigners to fight for our nation. Can you imagine the concern and effort a person from a different country would have for protecting this country. If it's moslem or chink man, they'd likely shoot anything they see, including you. It also brings on the thought that they are bringing these recruits for protection from the people, or possible over take any province trying to escape the communist regime.
