He would be a terrible choice. Ford is not a real conservative. He was among those who pushed medical tyranny. He loves power too much and abused it by pushing lockdowns without any medical justification. He is too authoritarian and prone to corruption (e.g. Greenbelt land swap), and goes along with the ruling elites far too often. Also, I don't much care for his TDS and pretend nationalism -- much like the Liberal Party. He is a big spender too: "Jay Goldberg of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation labelled Ford's spending excessive and noted Ontario's large debt increases under his government . . . While Doug Ford promised a balanced budget in 2018, the Ontario debt has increased by $86 billion since Ford took office as of December 2024." He did do some good things, such as opposing the carbon tax, but it's not enough. A true conservative these days is someone trying to save the Western world from what Victor Davis Hanson identifies as a neo-Marxist revolution that has swept through our society over the last half century. Ford is going along with this revolution because it gives him power. What Canada needs are counter-revolutionaries, such as Donald Trump. Canada is sorely in need of major reforms, not more weak compromises and corrupt leaders -- such as we have now.
IS FORD THAT STUPID!!! OR MAYBE HE’S JUST YAPPING OUT OF HIS FAT ASS‼️Absolutely no CLUE THIS PIG HAS!!!!!
