SUpply management is one of the best things that ever happened to Canada, because the Dairy Farmers that work under it are not allowed to use growth hormones and many different kinds of antibiotics, as the US does. It definitely is not a “Cartel”, although being the crook that he is, he may have had some contact with some real ones.
