I would say that the undoing of land ownership to the band makes the land of Vancouver area sovereign foreign land. It would also seem that Canada and bc treat the land the same as American states that border Canada. The was a direct consequence of the UN and their UNDRIP. Foreigners who have conspired with the Canadian government to destroy what is Canada. Perhaps the soon to be refugees of Vancouver and BC can seek asylum in the US.
