I would have to say he is a sockman, banning gas cars is totally irresponsible by any government, the electric cars are just a passing fade due there cost and battery short life span, they are not feasible to bother with especially outside a compact city....let him try a country setting where your recharging stations are far apart and usually do not work when you find one! all liberals are living in a dream world unfortunately and do not know any better or too scarred to say anything which is usually the case as well.
