Jewish group says Carney gov must apply “sustained pressure” on Hamas

A Jewish advocacy group welcomed Prime Minister Mark Carney for his stated commitment to work towards a Hamas-less “two-state solution” in the Israel-Hamas conflict.

A Jewish advocacy group welcomed Prime Minister Mark Carney for his stated commitment to work towards a Hamas-less “two-state solution” in the Israel-Hamas conflict but asked that the Canadian government apply sustained pressure on the Palestinian terrorist group.

The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, a Canadian non-profit organization that advocates for Jewish Canadians and Israel in public policy, applauded the statements the Prime Minister made in Prince County, P.E.I., on Monday.
