ITAC report says Canadians who joined ISIS will remain a threat upon return

A group of Canadians currently detained in Iraq for allegedly joining ISIS will remain “highly likely” to pose a threat to the country upon their return, according to the Integrated Threat Assessment Centre.
An ITAC report obtained by Global News noted that the unspecified number of ISIS members originating from Canada were likely to engage in extremism once they return, “either directly through an act of violence or indirectly by radicalizing others,”
