Is Carney Losing His Grip?
Ottawa’s plan is under strain as Carney struggles to revive trade talks, confront foreign-backed opposition to the Alberta pipeline, and contain dissent inside the Liberal caucus.
Brian Lilley of the Toronto Sun joins Juno News and Not ‘Sorry’ host Alexander Brown this weekend to wrap a busy week in Canadian politics.
Carney met with President Trump on Friday surrounding the World Cup, with Lilley and Brown calling for the restarting of trade talks, as the costs to Canadians mount and layoffs rise before the holidays. Lilley, also the author of a popular Substack, feels that now is the time for the PM to propose a wide-ranging deal covering trade, critical minerals and defence, and only the most fervent Liberal partisan, with no stake in the economic fallout, would seemingly disagree.
Lilley and Brown also highlight a political truth that should be more evident to the public: regarding the ‘Coastal First Nations’ aiding in more of Canada’s self-inflicted economic damage through attempting to block Alberta’s pipeline to the B.C. coast – that’s actually a foreign and government-funded NGO, not an actual band of communities.

In fact, that group was first funded by the Tides Foundation and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a radical de-growth group with a 2008 manifesto that needs to be seen to be believed.
Concerns are mounting that an unserious and inept Liberal cabinet and caucus are not onside with the MOU, nor the attempt to move on from the very worst of the Trudeau years, making this a vitally important moment for the public to hold them to account, and for the Conservatives to showcase their deep roster of talent that far outclasses Carney’s bench of Trudeau rejects. In fact, deeply inept ministers, such as Lena Diab of immigration, may soon be destined for a cabinet shuffle in the weeks ahead.
Make sure to tune-in for fascinating insights from Brown and Lilley.

A grip based on lies is not a “grip” it’s a “trick” a fraud.
Carney is not what he pretends to be, he is the opposite and the opposite of what Canada needed.

I would imagine Trump is sitting back and is enjoying watching what's left of this Country implode with the Indian Industry leading the charge with land claims, and self proclaimed veto powers over any of the snake Carney's " nation building " and " energy superpower " project's.
