This is a critical topic that requires an absolute answer. Either private property rights exist, or they don't. If they don't, I fear civil war will soon result....I just don't see people giving up their homes because it sits on what used to be a native fishing camp or something of that ilk.

Keep in mind that the "justices " currently sitting on the supreme court bench have been appointed by the previous liberal government. They were not appointed for their jurisprudence. They were appointed for their ideology. They have become an activist court, bent on changing Canada.

I think it was PET who wanted to put property rights into the Constitution but the provinces didn't want property rights so it was cast aside

Let’s get a common sense, for the welfare and support of Canadians in the PM’s seat NOW! Take a look at citizen uprising in other democracies that Marxist crazed leaders are attempting!! Why are there still people in Canada who stupidly believe President Trump is causing our problems, who actually hate him?? You “elbows up idiot suckers” are, and will, get what you deserve in the end!!
