Independent MLA Tara Armstrong has introduced a private member’s bill to scrap British Columbia’s entire Human Rights Code and abolish the province’s controversial Human Rights Tribunal.

In her remarks, Armstrong said the bill is intended to address “the assault on freedom of speech by our human rights tribunal.”
