Prime Minister Mark Carney and former NDP MP Lori Idlout won’t say what made her cross the aisle on Tuesday, bringing the Liberals just two seats shy of a majority government.

Idlout and Carney were pressed by reporters during a scrum with reporters on Parliament Hill on Wednesday, to which the Nunavut MP responded that there were “many” reasons for her decision to join the Liberals but refused to provide even one.
