Juno News spoke to Metro Vancouver locals, who say they are increasingly uneasy after the federal government signed an agreement recognizing the Musqueam Indian Band’s Aboriginal title across a vast region that includes Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey and several surrounding municipalities.

The agreement, signed Feb. 20, acknowledges Musqueam rights and title over traditional territory spanning much of the Lower Mainland, an area home to more than 1.8 million people.
