" The Health Care System." Are the healthy seeking care? "The sick care system." Are the sick seeking care? Which of the two is it?

What is making the healthy individual sick? You eliminate the cause, you elimiate the $$$$$$$$$$$ "sickness care".

The most trusted insitutions are the leading cause of sicknesses; if they didn't collectively conspire to make the healthy sick, they wouldn't be the multi-trillion dollar Empire that they are today. For what these trusted Institutions claim to know about health, the hospitals are not empty, but flowing over the top.

The COVID 19 hoax exposed the fact that the "Health Care System" was, and is, built upon fraud.

The Hippocratic Oath:

Hippocrates: 'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.' To this end, our food, water, land, air, domestic animals, wild animals, and even our pets, have been poisoned. This opens the door to Big Pharma to come in to adminster more chemical poisons into those who are suffering from being poisoned.

Demographics have really changed since the early 1990s. Old Boomers now comprise a significant portion of the 58+ group that are placing increasing demand on healthcare resulting in wait times for everyone. Increased life expectancy is a new phenomenon. Immigration is definitely an additional demand problem. Governments are always slow to recognize demand changes. Governments like to be in charge and thrive in KAOS.

It takes a minimum of 8 years to become a GP, add another 4 to 7 years to become a surgeon/ specialist. Medical schools are funded by government and have placed boundaries on them to limit admissions to medical school. Woke and DEI ideology now infests these institutions limiting the numbers and best candidates. Catching up to demand will take 10 years if we take politics out of just graduating doctors.

The best solution is political and will be years in the making. Short term, we have to individually manage our own lifestyle and situation and seek medical attention outside of Canada.

Current vision of universal healthcare is no longer valid thanks to increasing Interest $$ on the Public Debt, which costs Canada more than healthcare. Hindsight is 20/20.

Had the people of Canada told Justin Trudeau and his merry band of thieves to fuck off, our economy would be doing just fine. Justin Trudeau is an idiot - is an understatement, but what can you say about canadians who obeyed the maggot and his cohorts? A Nation of sheep and slaves.

2020: Did the leader of the NDP and the leader of the CPC, tell Justin Trudeau and his merry band of morons to go fuck themselves? You know the Answer. "They were all in it together." Put on a mask, lock your business up, lock yourself up, get the Jab, or lose your livelihood and your Freedom. (incarceration) Does this not effect the GDP and lower the value of the Canadian dollar? (inflation)

Secondly, were the Premier's of the Provinces and Territories any different? What about the municipal Mayors and Council? Were they any different? Collectively, these parties have distroyed Canada, and yet canadians will elect them back into office; NO CONSEQUENCES'.

Why should a politcan give a fuck about "the people" when "the people" clearly do not give a fuck about what the politcans have done to them? A nation of sheep and slaves. Like sheep, cattle, and bonded debt slaves - they categorically do not have Freedoms or Rights, therefore, their Master shall provide; "you will own nothing and be happy." 15 Minute Cities; your open-air prison. Mark Carney is a puppet of the IMF - the Rothschild's Global Banking Cartel. The IMF runs Canada's Central Bank, and England's Central Bank. Groomed by the Cartel, Carney was was appointed the governor of The Bank of Canada - Feb 2008 to June 2013, thereafter appointed the Governor of the Bank of England - July 2013 to March 2020.

Stepping back, Mark Carney, fresh from a thirteen-year career with the corrupt Goldman Sachs corporation, within its London, Tokyo, New York and Toronto offices, Carney was appointed the Governor of as Bank of Canada in 2008 by Conservative leader - Stephen Harper. Who do you think Stephen Harper was working for? Since stepping down, what has Harper been involved in from that day forward? Any idea? I'd share a link with you, but JUNO will not allow it.

The reason our health care system is failing is that it was overwhelmed by demand. Canada has taken in over 12 million immigrants in the past 30 years and our population is 14 million larger (42 million vs 28 million) than it would have been with balanced immigration vs mass immigration.

In Japan, they have basically no immigration and their population has stabilized so all health expenditure can go to treatment vs new hospitals etc. Clearly their system has not been overloaded to the point of failure.

Would Canada's health system be as good if we hadn't overloaded it? Impossible to tell but it would be one hell of a lot better than it is now.

Bureaucracy is a fact of life and inherent in any large organization. Have you dealt with banks, telcoms etc in the last 20 years? I'm more more interested in the decisions governments make and if they are corrupt, they will not be beneficial for most of use whether the size of the government is large or small.

Expand full comment
{Logan} Untitled's avatar

Well if you're interested corruption, then you should be very interested in the size of the bureaucracy. In that is a major key to corruption. And an overly amount of wasted tax dollars. That should be of interest to any taxpayer. Unless they are on the government payroll.

Universal "free Healthcare" is the stupidest thing there is.

The budget is set in advance so every patient is treated as an expense, because hospitals have already been paid.

Contrast that with private Healthcare where every patient is treated as a customer and must be treated in order to see payment.

Private Healthcare must be innovative,

Public Healthcare is stale.

Our dentists run privately and the system works great. The rest of Healthcare needs to run the same way.

Yuup. I can't. I have to fly to Mexico to get dental work that's affordable. 6 thousand dollars here for 2 teeth. In Mexico 300. You must be a high salary, 6 figure employee. Likely a dentist yourself or a government employee.

Expand full comment
Mark Nayda's avatar

It's called workplace benefits. All private companies provide these at varying degrees of coverage. There are also government provided programs in every province that will provide the basic necessary care ( cleanings, fillings, extractions, prescriptions, etc..) For people without benefits. As for the rich person in this conversation, I don't know anyone who can fly to Mexico for dental work. You sound rather wealthy there sport. The only people I've read about traveling abroad for health-care were wealthy politicians like: Paul Martin, Kathleen Wynne, Danny Williams and Jack Layton. (all who have pushed for socialized health-care but don't apply it to themselves. Only to us peasants)

We are okay with people spending their money on better food, better housing, better vacations, gym memberships, personal trainers, flights to Mexico, etc... all things that contribute to better overall health. But actually spending money on our own health-care, oh no! that would be selfish.

Innovation and advancement happen when money is to be made. Everyone has a cellphone because rich people kept buying them which established the manufacturing process and supply chain where mass production made it affordable for ALL.

Same with cars, washing/dryers, tvs, central AC, etc...

Private industry MUST innovate and deliver to survive whereas government is guaranteed payment and therefore has ZERO incentive to improve or deliver.

{Logan} Untitled's avatar

You talk big, but you only speak for yourself and a small part of the public. There are plenty of people in my class. who can't afford dental care. As for me going to Mexico for dental work, it cost me $460 round trip. $120, for the accommodation, $120 for a car rental, $300us for the dental work. Total approximately $980 ca. compared to more than $3000ca. You tell me who is right and I'll tell you who is the smart ass.

Healthcare is complicated! There’s not a smart politician that would dare to take it on. I believe adequate universal healthcare is achievable but includes much wait time, sufficient staff and efficient paperwork sharing. Maybe universal healthcare (UHC) isn’t achievable efficiently? Why couldn’t a hybrid of pay per use implemented too? UHC is available along with pay per service use? Lines would be gleaned then each targeted.

Private pay and government paid healthcare would have to work together. We will never attract doctors and NPs when the government caps their salaries, lies and steals away their retirement funds through capital gains, and takes away choices of treatment, ie natural vs hospital care. PP wanted to expedite thousands of foreign trained professionals in order to lessen the waitlists....
