He was suggesting kidnapping of a Canadian by a foreign country! By a deadly country!!! That is wicked and criminal. Its like a death threat. and he needs to be arrested and detained and fined until his thinking has changed

Carney defended Chaing, in part because he had been a police officer. If he had been a stockbroker would he fired the guy. There are good stockbrokers and bad cops. Let us hear more of Chaings cop record.
