A civil rights advocacy group is calling on the RCMP to investigate Liberal candidate Paul Chiang after he suggested that Conservative candidate Joe Tay should be turned over to Chinese authorities.
He was suggesting kidnapping of a Canadian by a foreign country! By a deadly country!!! That is wicked and criminal. Its like a death threat. and he needs to be arrested and detained and fined until his thinking has changed
