We can no longer trust anything coming from Health Canada. They have become a political organization. A thorough house cleaning is needed.

If President Trump said that arsenic and asbestos are bad for you the left would bus tons of it tomorrow just to poke him in the eye and "prove" him wrong. Hey...maybe we're on to something here...

Do people still go to Health Canada for advice after the 2020 covid vaccine scams they ran for their Big Donor Big Pharma? Big Pharma, your doctor, CMA. all proved during the covid scam that they cannot be trusted anymore. When doctors and scientists contrary opinions were shut down and ridiculed we saw the power of the machine.

When those doctors vocally tell the public of their concerns about Covid vaccine, they were threatened by losing their license.

Health Canada pushed the COVID jab for pregnant women! So why would anyone believe anything Health Canada says?

maybe people should read the tylenol labelling There is so much information they put it on a peel back label I just bought a bottle recently and there it is For pregnant or breast feeding mothers consult your doctor or pharmacist first before taking this drug Why I ask? tell the public why you have a concern

my husband was a primary care physician No cut if he ordered certain drugs he ordered them after thoroughly investigating side effects also listened to the drug reps sent in by the companies he asked so many questions they had to go back for the answers then book another appointment he was very careful about what his patients put into their bodies

As you stated, there is a mountain of evidence that Tylenol has been counterindicated during pregnancy, by the manufacturers themselves! Too bad it had to be Trump himself who announced it – he should've left that to somebody else, maybe even asked Switzerland to do it! Then perhaps those who suffer TDS would believe it!

Yes, the hatred for Trump pretty much ensures that it will considered false no matter what. All Trump said is be careful when using Tylenol, especially when pregnant. He DID NOT SAY NOT TO USE IT AT ALL!! The way the media twists things is unconscionable!!

I have absolutely no trust in Big Pharma, but in this case I’m inclined to agree with the statement “just because there is a strong correlation between the drug and the disorders, it does not prove that the drug is the cause of such disorders.”

We should consider the possibility that perhaps those pregnant mothers who believe it’s harmless to take large amounts of acetaminophen also believe it’s harmless to give their young children other medical interventions…which then cause autism.

Ah, I see where you're going with this. That's a real possibility isn't it? Good post!

Anything Health Canada calls "safe and effective" I wouldn't touch with a barge pole. But I wonder if the increase in autism etc might be driven by the amount of meds in general being ingested by our pill-for-everything culture.

So, the Liberal Party has found another bit of its soul to sell. I wonder what they're getting for this one.

If they get enough, and there's no real complaint from Canadians or legal push back from competing non-tylenol products, look for them to start more promotions - this time, on steroids.

I don't particularly care about Tylenol - never use the stuff, too hard on my stomach. Strictly an Advil user.

But looking down the road, and knowing the true nature of the Liberals, I can foresee a time when one commercial product or another, of every conceivable nature, will be sponsored by Canada's Liberal Party.

Advertising costs real money. Corporations are in business to make money, not, like our Government, to spend it. And guess where corporations recover any increased advertising cost. It's folded into the product price so the consumer pays.

Knowing the venal nature of this government, it would not surprise me whatsoever to see disparaging articles about the competitor's products begin to appear in the MSM as "News".

The Federal Government needs to stay out of the advertising business. The opportunities for graft, collusion, and outright criminality are endless. Unfortunately, those three pursuits are right up the Liberals alley.

Trump did not say that Tylenol is bad for you like the anti Trump crowd claimeU.S. President Donald Trump and Health Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. announced Monday that acetaminophen can cause an increased risk of autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders in babies when a mother ingests the drug during pregnancy.

Trump said it can cause increased risk of of autism.

He did not say that it causes Autism.

Think maybe the people at health Canada are smoking to much weed and make up lies, to discredit Trump.

Was the same with Covid injections, they advised to get the jab, and anyone refusing was either fired or banned from the jabbed population.

Health Canada needs a major shakeup.

Health Canada's advice re taking Tylenol during pregnancy doesn't seem unreasonable to me. Women have been told for decades to check with their doctor before taking anything while pregnant. The studies say "chronic" use of Tylenol while pregnant may cause problems. Chronic of just about anything during pregnancy is probably unadvisable. Meanwhile, Trump, who was the president who enthusiasticly approved and promoted the Covid 19 vaccine in the USA, basically told women not to use Tylenol when pregnant but to take only 1 if they "couldn't tuff it" basically endangering the health of their child with this kind of selfish behaviour. If politics is directing science, it is Trump & Kennedy directing the FDA to change labels and issue warnings without offering any new evidence to back up their conjectures. Health Canada is advising women to consult with their doctors who know what their personal situation is. Rational, sensible advice without jumping off the cliff with rest of the lemmings because Kennedy is in a personal crusade.
