Halifax military base raises trans flag, warns against "hateful" conduct
The Canadian Armed Forces base in Halifax, Nova Scotia, raised the trans flag for “Transgender Day of Visibility,” warned dissenters online against “hateful conduct.”
The Canadian military raised the transgender flag at a major East Coast base this week, to celebrate “International Transgender Day of Visibility” with ceremonies at CFB Halifax.
The transgender flag was raised during morning colours at CFB Halifax headquarters and Shearwater Main Gate on Tuesday.
