The U.S. Consulate in downtown Toronto was shot at again on Monday morning, with police responding to calls around 4:45 a.m. to the Armoury Street and University Avenue area.

While no injuries were reported, police have confirmed that evidence of a firearm discharge was found outside the consulate. According to investigators, a white sedan was seen fleeing the area immediately after the shot was fired.
