After Greenland falls next will be Canada. I can hardly wait.

"Both leaders stressed the importance of investing in Arctic security as NATO’s western flank"

I wonder if the snake Carney will be investing at "speeds never seen before" as he says he is in what's left of our economy.

The US, China, and Russia know that Canada's "protection" of the Arctic is a farce. Other than his virtue signalling nonsense, nothing from Canada's standpoint is going to change. The Canadian Rangers aren't going to cut it.

The rule of justice still applies to Greenlanders’ sovereignty. The Americans earned their nation’s freedom and independence by pushing out the world’s most powerful army at that time, the British. Canadians earned their right to independence from British foreign affairs by their military victory at Vimy Ridge in 1917. Several South American countries gained independence from Spain under the stalwart leadership of Simon Bolivar. Now Greenlanders need to prove

they are worthy of independence from Denmark.

The U.S knows the communists want Greenland for its strategic location. Do you want a democratic country for protection or a communist country for protection?

Residents of Greenland have to decide whether their future language will be Russian, Chinese, or 'merican.... Danish does not seem to be an option.

The residents of Greenland have the right to self determination and the Danish government can not offer the protection of freedom and values that are being offered by the USA

As for Canada, which would benefit Canada the most? A Large Russian island that allow Russians to control access to Canadian Arctic shores and islands and North Atlantic shipping? Or a large Chinese Island that allow China to control access to the Canadian Arctic? Or the USA controlling access to the Canadian Arctic.

Possibly Mr Carney should start negotiations with Greenland and Canada should offer an alternative to Russian, Chinese, American, or Danish alliances with Greenland. Also this would give Canada access to and control of Canadian Arctic waters

Good article, but I think the russians and chinese are working together on this one.

A joint security agreement between Greenland and the U.S. would be an ideal situation. As far as I know, Denmark doesn’t have a military that would protect the north.

Canada is the open gap between Alaska and Greenland. Trump is waiting to see how Carney deals with it.

When the Canadian economy collapses Elon Musk will buy Canada, if Brookfield asset management is willing to sell, and gift Canada to the USA.
